Existence, At Last

The climatic entry of my new blog into the internet just occurred at 6:00 PM, Atlantic Time.

Well, after months of preparation and deliberation (about a 20-80 split, respectively), IAMRONALDO is live. I think I’m going to call it iaR for short, and in italics wherever possible.

I know I could choose to have a lot of explaining to do about how and why I built this new site, but for now I’m just going to start in on the journal of my life. Yesterday was Winter Carnival at Parrsboro High, where grades 7 through 12 faced off against each other in various competitions. The grade 11s, or the class of 2010, have finished in second place in each of the last 3 years. But not this year. This year, we won it.

But I have to give props to the class of 2009, the grads. Their entry in the battle of the bands always has the craziest names. This year? The Lime Green Floating Giraffes.

I know 70% of this post is irrelevant to 99% of you, but hey, this is my blog.
